It is ridiculous that Hector wants me to reply yes/no in a religious debate to very serious questions that I believe were based on his wrong understanding to the Arabic words "Malakat Aymanukum", actually my first reply is going to be a long one, let's have a look before I answer his flawed questions:

This debate is about,"does the Quran allow raping?" hence the need to define raping, let's look at a simple definition for raping:

Rape is a crime wherein the victim is forced into sexual activity against his or her will, in particular sexual penetration. It is considered by most societies to be among the most severe crimes.

The enemy of Islam alleges that the Quran allows raping, i.e. the Quran allows having sex with the other parteners by force and against their will

I guess their confusion is caused by their ignorance to the meaning of Malakat Aymanukum, مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ, literally means your right hands possess they think that it means SLAVES, and I will surely forgive their ignorance because many Muslims even respected scholars suffer from the same ignorance regarding the meaning of this two words

Let me start by saying, the words above can't mean a slave in fact the Arabic word for a slave (a human slave to another human) is Abdan Mamluka, عَبْدًا مَّمْلُوكًا, the word Mamluka can be omitted but we can't omit the word Abdan for the meaning of "a human enslaved to another human", the Quran indeed used these common words that mean slave to give us a parable about a slave and a rich man:

Allah sets forth a parable: (consider) a slave, the property of another, (who) has no power over anything, and one whom We have granted from Ourselves a goodly sustenance so he spends from it secretly and openly; are the two alike? (All) praise is due to Allah! Nay, most of them do not know.

[The Quran ; 16:75]

ضَرَبَ اللّهُ مَثَلاً عَبْدًا مَّمْلُوكًا لاَّ يَقْدِرُ عَلَى شَيْءٍ وَمَن رَّزَقْنَاهُ مِنَّا رِزْقًا حَسَنًا فَهُوَ يُنفِقُ مِنْهُ سِرًّا وَجَهْرًا هَلْ يَسْتَوُونَ الْحَمْدُ لِلّهِ بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ (75)

-> See, ضَرَبَ اللّهُ مَثَلاً عَبْدًا مَّمْلُوكًا لاَّ يَقْدِرُ عَلَى شَيْءٍ وَمَن رَّزَقْنَاهُ مِنَّا رِزْقًا حَسَنًا, Allah sets forth a parable: (consider) a slave, the property of another, (who) has no power over anything, and one whom We have granted from Ourselves a goodly sustenance, i.e. Abdan Mamluka means slave, indeed a slave is always a slave regardless he/she is possessed by the right hand, the left hand or both, it is just a metaphor if we take it as such, as if we do then I have to ask :

1) Why the right hand?
2) Why not the left hand?
3) Why not both hands?

If Malakat Aymanukum is taken as a metaphor to being a slave, then all three possibilities above has to be valid metaphors to mean a slave, but Allah never used the second and third possibilties which should incline that Allah means something else but slave especially we have seen Him using the common words that directly mean a slave which are عَبْدًا مَّمْلُوكًا, Abdan Mamluka

A clear evidence for the above is seen in the Quran from the numerous times of using the hands as a metaphor without referring to the right hand alone, here is an example:

This is due to what your two hands have sent before, and because Allah is not in the least unjust to the servants.

[The Quran ; 22:10]

ذَلِكَ بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ يَدَاكَ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ لَيْسَ بِظَلَّامٍ لِّلْعَبِيدِ (10)

-> See how the metaphor of BOTH HANDS is used : This is due to what your two hands have sent before

When the right hand alone was used as a metaphor to represent a group of people we also see the left hand is used as a metaphor to refer to the opposite group, here is an example:

8- Then (as to) the companions of the right hand; how happy are the companions of the right hand!

9- And (as to) the companions of the left hand; how wretched are the companions of the left hand!

[The Quran ; 56:27]

فَأَصْحَابُ الْمَيْمَنَةِ مَا أَصْحَابُ الْمَيْمَنَةِ (8)
وَأَصْحَابُ الْمَشْأَمَةِ مَا أَصْحَابُ الْمَشْأَمَةِ (9)

-> See how clear it is, the two hands (left and right) are used as a metaphors to represent two opposite groups :the companions of the right hand, the companions of the left hand, both group deeds were referred to in 22:10 discussed earlier as : This is due to what your two hands have sent before

On the other hand if what your right hand possess is a metaphor for a slave, it is impossible to believe that what YOUR LEFT HAND possess is the opposite of a slave, in fact, the metaphor of referring to what the right hand or the left hand or both hands possess must mean a slave the tyoe of hand has no meaning indeed to add to the meaning of a slave.

From the above there is no doubt that translating the word أَيْمَانُكُمْ as right hands is wrong, in fact the Quran clearly used the words many times to mean YOUR OATHS, let's have a look at a few examples:

Allah does not call you to account for what is vain in your oaths, but He will call you to account for what your hearts have earned, and Allah is Forgiving, Forbearing.

[The Quran ; 2:225]

لاَّ يُؤَاخِذُكُمُ اللّهُ بِاللَّغْوِ فِيَ أَيْمَانِكُمْ وَلَكِن يُؤَاخِذُكُم بِمَا كَسَبَتْ قُلُوبُكُمْ وَاللّهُ غَفُورٌ حَلِيمٌ (225)

-> See how the word أَيْمَانُكُمْ clearly means YOUR OATHS : Allah does not call you to account for what is vain in your oaths, the Quran clearly tells us that Allah sanctioned the expiation of our vain oaths:

Allah indeed has sanctioned for you the expiation of your oaths and Allah is your Protector, and He is the Knowing the Wise.

[The Quran ; 66:2]

قَدْ فَرَضَ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ تَحِلَّةَ أَيْمَانِكُمْ وَاللَّهُ مَوْلَاكُمْ وَهُوَ الْعَلِيمُ الْحَكِيمُ (2)

-> See how the word أَيْمَانُكُمْ clearly means YOUR OATHS Allah indeed has sanctioned for you the expiation of your oaths,

There is no doubt that Aymanukum MUST MEAN YOUR OATHS and NOT your right hands as I explained above

The enemy of Islam sometimes think that Malakat Aymanukum means Prisoners of war as a metaphor, again this is a clear cut case of language ignorance, the same logic about the wrong understanding of it as slaves must also apply here because if you use the words as a metaphor to mean Prisoners of war then the left hand and both hands must mean the exact same, in addition to that the common Arabic word for Prisoners of war is أَسْرَى, Asraa, that is exactly what the Quran used it for, let's have a look:

It is not fitting for a prophet that he should have prisoners of war until he hath thoroughly subdued the land. Ye look for the temporal goods of this world; but Allah looketh to the Hereafter: And Allah is Exalted in might, Wise.

[The Quran ; 8:67]

مَا كَانَ لِنَبِيٍّ أَن يَكُونَ لَهُ أَسْرَى حَتَّى يُثْخِنَ فِي الأَرْضِ تُرِيدُونَ عَرَضَ الدُّنْيَا وَاللّهُ يُرِيدُ الآخِرَةَ وَاللّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ (67)

-> See how the word أَسْرَى, Asraa is the one to mean Prisoners of war: مَا كَانَ لِنَبِيٍّ أَن يَكُونَ لَهُ أَسْرَى It is not fitting for a prophet that he should have prisoners of war

So far, the Quran clearly proved to us that the words Malakat Aymanukum, can't mean Prisoners of war, nor it means Slaves because:

1) Prisoners of war = أَسْرَى, Asraa 8:67
2) Slave = عَبْدًا مَّمْلُوكًا, Abdan Mamluka

3) Your Oaths = أَيْمَانُكُمْ, Aymanukum 2:225, 66:2

So what does Malakat Aymanukum mean then?

Well, it has to be a metaphor because the our oaths don't really own any human, rather AN OATH IS TAKEN TO CARE FOR A POOR HUMAN, that care must be treating him/her EXACTLY and EQUALLY as being a member of the same family, let's first look at the taken oath to care for poor humans:

And to every one We have appointed heirs of what parents and near relatives leave; and as to those with whom your rights hands have ratified agreements, give them their portion; surely Allah is a witness over all things.

[The Quran ; 4:33]

وَلِكُلٍّ جَعَلْنَا مَوَالِيَ مِمَّا تَرَكَ الْوَالِدَانِ وَالأَقْرَبُونَ وَالَّذِينَ عَقَدَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ فَآتُوهُمْ نَصِيبَهُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدًا (33)

-> See how the oath was taken for those poor humans الْوَالِدَانِ وَالأَقْرَبُونَ وَالَّذِينَ عَقَدَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ, i.e. parents and near relatives leave; and as to those with whom your rights hands have ratified agreements, see how the Quran referred to them as Aqadat Aymanukum, عَقَدَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ, i.e. your rights hands have ratified agreements, translated wrong by Shakir of course, I got him red handed in even easier Arabic words, no wonder he has messed up with harder words, it must be your OATHS have ratified agreements as far as the Arabic words are concerned.

-> Can you also see that we are told to give them their parts in an estate left by a deceased (who was taking care of that poor human): وَالَّذِينَ عَقَدَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ فَآتُوهُمْ نَصِيبَهُمْ, i.e. and as to those with whom your rights hands have ratified agreements, give them their portion, as translated by Shakir but it should be and as to those with whom your OATHS have ratified agreements, give them their portion

Let me say it again, Malakat Aymanukum are those poor humans who might have families but are very poor to take care of them, a wealthy man or a wealthy woman can take care of them by taking an oath that they will take them in their care and provide to them

In the following verse we will see clearly that we are ordered to marry one woman if we fear to treat multiple wives unjustly, the option was EITHER A CAPABLE WOMAN or A POOR WOMAN that is in the care of that man after taking an oath to care and provide for her:

And if you fear that you cannot act equitably towards orphans, then marry such women as seem good to you, two and three and four; but if you fear that you will not do justice (between them), then (marry) only one or what your right hands possess; this is more proper, that you may not deviate from the right course.

[The Quran ; 4:3]

وَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلاَّ تُقْسِطُواْ فِي الْيَتَامَى فَانكِحُواْ مَا طَابَ لَكُم مِّنَ النِّسَاء مَثْنَى وَثُلاَثَ وَرُبَاعَ فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلاَّ تَعْدِلُواْ فَوَاحِدَةً أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ ذَلِكَ أَدْنَى أَلاَّ تَعُولُواْ (3)

-> See how Malakat Aymanukum was equally treated as a woman is that self sustained, فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلاَّ تَعْدِلُواْ فَوَاحِدَةً أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ, i.e. but if you fear that you will not do justice (between them), then (marry) only one or what your right hands possess it should be translated: but if you fear that you will not do justice (between them), then (marry) only one or what your OATHS possess, i.e. the one wife can be ONE or the OTHER and not both, A capable woman or a poor woman that is already in the care of a man under oath to care for her

In the following verse we see clearly that those men who can't afford marrying a self sustained woman, they were ordered to MARRY from Ma Malakat Aymanukum, because the cost of marrying one of those poor women (already in the care of them) is surely minimum, she is poor already and can't be self sustained nor her family can provide to her, let's look at the verse:

And whoever among you has not within his power ampleness of means to marry free believing women, then (he may marry) of those whom your right hands possess from among your believing maidens; and Allah knows best your faith: you are (sprung) the one from the other; so marry them with the permission of their masters, and give them their dowries justly, they being chaste, not fornicating, nor receiving paramours; and when they are taken in marriage, then if they are guilty of indecency, they shall suffer half the punishment which is (inflicted) upon free women. This is for him among you who fears falling into evil; and that you abstain is better for you, and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

[The Quran ; 4:25]

وَمَن لَّمْ يَسْتَطِعْ مِنكُمْ طَوْلاً أَن يَنكِحَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ فَمِن مِّا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُم مِّن فَتَيَاتِكُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ وَاللّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِإِيمَانِكُمْ بَعْضُكُم مِّن بَعْضٍ فَانكِحُوهُنَّ بِإِذْنِ أَهْلِهِنَّ وَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ مُحْصَنَاتٍ غَيْرَ مُسَافِحَاتٍ وَلاَ مُتَّخِذَاتِ أَخْدَانٍ فَإِذَا أُحْصِنَّ فَإِنْ أَتَيْنَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ فَعَلَيْهِنَّ نِصْفُ مَا عَلَى الْمُحْصَنَاتِ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ ذَلِكَ لِمَنْ خَشِيَ الْعَنَتَ مِنْكُمْ وَأَن تَصْبِرُواْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ وَاللّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ (25)

-> The wrong translation by Shakir is used above, the verse starts by : And whoever among you has not within his power ampleness of means to marry free believing women, Muhsanat does not really mean free believing women as translated by Shakir, rather they are self sustained women either by the self or by their families, they need no stranger to provide for them, sure if a man wants to marry them, the cost may be high, this happens up to this moment in many cultures, the cost of marrying the poor woman who is already in the care of the man will be very minimum indeed, what worth noting that an oath was taken to care for those poor and needy woman (possibly with their families), therefore if the man wants to marry her then HE HAS TO TAKE THE CONSENT OF HER FAMILY, فَانكِحُوهُنَّ بِإِذْنِ أَهْلِهِنَّ, i.e. so marry them with the permission of their masters, again Shakir committed a fatal mistake by translating أَهْلِهِنَّ, Ahlihuna as their masters, it should mean their familles, no question about it

Let me try and make it simple for the non Arabic speakers to understand what Malakat Aymanukum means by giving a close example as we see it now days in the western world with slight difference, you can consider Malakat Aymanukum as De Facto relations, where a man lives with a woman as married but they are not really married on papers, the difference is the de facto woman under Islam DOES NOT NEED TO WORK TO HELP THE MAN because the man already took an oath to provide for her, if the man wants to change the oath from a de facto relation to a proper marriage on papers then the consent of her family must be taken, as well the man must give her the dowry justly as the verse is telling us وَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ, and give them their dowries justly a massive win for the already poor woman who needs others to care for her, what you can also notice in the verse that Allah has given them a huge break if those wives who were de facto before (I'm just using the words de facto to make it easier to understand) committed an indecency after marriage, they will have half the punishment of the self sustained women, obviously Allah is very understanding that due to their hardship that they lived in the past it may have affected their way of thinking properly which lead them to commit this indecency :and when they are taken in marriage, then if they are guilty of indecency, they shall suffer half the punishment which is (inflicted) upon free women, again Muhsanat should be translated as self sustained women and not free women. This is great wisdom by Allah because He was the one that caused their hardship from the start as a test for them and for others, let's have a look at the verse:

And Allah has made some of you excel others in the means of subsistence, so those who are made to excel do not give away their sustenance to those whom their right hands possess so that they should be equal therein; is it then the favour of Allah which they deny?

[The Quran ; 16:71]

وَاللّهُ فَضَّلَ بَعْضَكُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ فِي الْرِّزْقِ فَمَا الَّذِينَ فُضِّلُواْ بِرَآدِّي رِزْقِهِمْ عَلَى مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ فَهُمْ فِيهِ سَوَاء أَفَبِنِعْمَةِ اللّهِ يَجْحَدُونَ (71)

-> See how the test is set by Allah : And Allah has made some of you excel others in the means of subsistence, Allah then asking in a wonder, why those who were given a comfortable life don't share it with those poor humans so they are equal in their assets: so those who are made to excel do not give away their sustenance to those whom their right hands possess so that they should be equal therein, ; is it then the favour of Allah which they deny? obviously the verse is encouraging those who were blessed by Allah with favours to share their favours equally with those poor who are in their care under an oath

The above argument by Allah is very strong indeed, because simply many of those who took poor people in their care under oath don't really share their wealth with them, many of them will think that they are not equal to them because they are poor while the self sustained men or women are in higher level, on the other hand they contradicted themselves because many of them take partners with Allah, i.e. they made others equal to Allah while they refused to make those poor humans equal to them by sharing their wealth with them:

He sets forth to you a parable relating to yourselves: Have you among those whom your right hands possess partners in what We have given you for sustenance, so that with respect to it you are alike; you fear them as you fear each other? Thus do We make the communications distinct for a people who understand.

[The Quran ; 30:28]

ضَرَبَ لَكُم مَّثَلًا مِنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ هَل لَّكُم مِّن مَّا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُم مِّن شُرَكَاء فِي مَا رَزَقْنَاكُمْ فَأَنتُمْ فِيهِ سَوَاء تَخَافُونَهُمْ كَخِيفَتِكُمْ أَنفُسَكُمْ كَذَلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ الْآيَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْقِلُونَ (28)

-> Here is the example by Allah : He sets forth to you a parable relating to yourselves: Have you among those whom your right hands possess partners in what We have given you for sustenance, so that with respect to it you are alike again the translation should be your oaths possess, many of the wealthy people will never accept that those poor humans in their care under oath are equal to them and they will never share their wealth with them: you fear them as you fear each other?, i.e. they are fearing that those poor humans will be equal to them while they made others equal to Allah, very strong argument indeed, again the hidden message is to share the wealth equally with those poor humans in our care under oath

Indeed the moment the oath is taken to care for those poor humans, the oath takers must provide equality with everyone else, let's look at a few verses and see how Malakat Aymanukum must be treated equally like other members of the family and even more:

And serve Allah and do not associate any thing with Him and be good to the parents and to the near of kin and the orphans and the needy and the neighbour of (your) kin and the alien neighbour, and the companion in a journey and the wayfarer and those whom your right hands possess; surely Allah does not love him who is proud, boastful;

[The Quran ; 4:36]

وَاعْبُدُواْ اللّهَ وَلاَ تُشْرِكُواْ بِهِ شَيْئًا وَبِالْوَالِدَيْنِ إِحْسَانًا وَبِذِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَالْجَارِ ذِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْجَارِ الْجُنُبِ وَالصَّاحِبِ بِالجَنبِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ وَمَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ مُخْتَالاً فَخُورًا (36)

-> From the above verse, clearly Malakat Aymanukum should be treated equally as : be good to the parents and to the near of kin and the orphans and the needy and the neighbour of (your) kin and the alien neighbour, and the companion in a journey and the wayfarer and those whom your right hands possessagain the translation should be and those whom your oaths possess, i.e. those poor humans in our care under oath should be treated as good as treating the parents, the near of kin, the orphans, the needy, the neighbour of (your) kin, the alien neighbour, the companion in a journey and the wayfarer, it is really ridiculous by the enemy of Islam to alleges that the Quran suggest raping those poor women, if so then the Quran allows raping the parents, the near of kin, the orphans, the needy, the neighbour of (your) kin, the alien neighbour, the companion in a journey and the wayfarer, which of course false

The following example is massive, sorry:

31- And say to the believing women that they cast down their looks and guard their private parts and do not display their ornaments except what appears thereof, and let them wear their head-coverings over their bosoms, and not display their ornaments except to their husbands or their fathers, or the fathers of their husbands, or their sons, or the sons of their husbands, or their brothers, or their brothers' sons, or their sisters' sons, or their women, or those whom their right hands possess, or the male servants not having need (of women), or the children who have not attained knowledge of what is hidden of women; and let them not strike their feet so that what they hide of their ornaments may be known; and turn to Allah all of you, O believers! so that you may be successful.

32- And marry those among you who are single and those who are fit among your male slaves and your female slaves; if they are needy, Allah will make them free from want out of His grace; and Allah is Ample-giving, Knowing.

33- And let those who do not find the means to marry keep chaste until Allah makes them free from want out of His grace. And (as for) those who ask for a writing from among those whom your right hands possess, give them the writing if you know any good in them, and give them of the wealth of Allah which He has given you; and do not compel your slave girls to prostitution, when they desire to keep chaste, in order to seek the frail good of this world's life; and whoever compels them, then surely after their compulsion Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

[The Quran ; 24:31-33]

وَقُل لِّلْمُؤْمِنَاتِ يَغْضُضْنَ مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِنَّ وَيَحْفَظْنَ فُرُوجَهُنَّ وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَلْيَضْرِبْنَ بِخُمُرِهِنَّ عَلَى جُيُوبِهِنَّ وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا لِبُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ آبَائِهِنَّ أَوْ آبَاء بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَائِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَاء بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ إِخْوَانِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِي إِخْوَانِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِي أَخَوَاتِهِنَّ أَوْ نِسَائِهِنَّ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُنَّ أَوِ التَّابِعِينَ غَيْرِ أُوْلِي الْإِرْبَةِ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ أَوِ الطِّفْلِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يَظْهَرُوا عَلَى عَوْرَاتِ النِّسَاء وَلَا يَضْرِبْنَ بِأَرْجُلِهِنَّ لِيُعْلَمَ مَا يُخْفِينَ مِن زِينَتِهِنَّ وَتُوبُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا أَيُّهَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ (31)
وَأَنكِحُوا الْأَيَامَى مِنكُمْ وَالصَّالِحِينَ مِنْ عِبَادِكُمْ وَإِمَائِكُمْ إِن يَكُونُوا فُقَرَاء يُغْنِهِمُ اللَّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِ وَاللَّهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ (32)
وَلْيَسْتَعْفِفِ الَّذِينَ لَا يَجِدُونَ نِكَاحًا حَتَّى يُغْنِيَهُمْ اللَّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِ وَالَّذِينَ يَبْتَغُونَ الْكِتَابَ مِمَّا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ فَكَاتِبُوهُمْ إِنْ عَلِمْتُمْ فِيهِمْ خَيْرًا وَآتُوهُم مِّن مَّالِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي آتَاكُمْ وَلَا تُكْرِهُوا فَتَيَاتِكُمْ عَلَى الْبِغَاء إِنْ أَرَدْنَ تَحَصُّنًا لِّتَبْتَغُوا عَرَضَ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَمَن يُكْرِههُّنَّ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ مِن بَعْدِ إِكْرَاهِهِنَّ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ (33)

-> Verse 31, clearly shows that those poor humans must be treated equally as by the believing women do not display their ornaments except what appears thereof, here is the list of those that should see the ornaments or the believing women:their husbands or their fathers, or the fathers of their husbands, or their sons, or the sons of their husbands, or their brothers, or their brothers' sons, or their sisters' sons, or their women, or those whom their right hands possess, or the male servants not having need (of women), or the children who have not attained knowledge of what is hidden of women, again the translation by Shakir is wrong, it should be or those whom their oaths possess, this verse also refutes those who suggest that Malakat Aymanukum means SERVANTS, because the servants were mentioned above as separate entity along with those poor humans, we can also see from the verse that women can have Malakat Aymanukum

-> Verse 32 is another compelling evidence that Malakat Aymankum can't mean slaves, the verse is telling us whom we should marry : And marry those among you who are single and those who are fit among your male slaves and your female slaves; if they are needy, Allah will make them free from want out of His grace; and Allah is Ample-giving, Knowing., can you see the words عِبَادِكُمْ وَإِمَائِكُمْ, Ibadikum Wa Imaikum which were correctly translated by Shakir as your male slaves and your female slaves, we never read Ma Malakat Aymanukum in verse 32, i.e. Malakat Aymanukum CAN'T mean Slaves

-> Verse 33 is also another very rich verse with a lot of info in it, we read in it the words Malakat Aymanukum, and we read a similar advice to what we read in 4:25 regarding those who can't afford marriage, Allah is simply advising them to marry those who are in their care, i.e. to make the de facto relation proper and ON PAPERS of course that is after taking the consent of their families as we read in 4:25, And let those who do not find the means to marry keep chaste until Allah makes them free from want out of His grace. then Allah is telling us that if those de facto partners want to marry properly then we should marry them if we can see good in them to be a responsible wife, remember that possible psychological deficiency they might be suffering from due their hard life that been forced on them by Allah that I discussed earlier (16:71)?, :And (as for) those who ask for a writing from among those whom your right hands possess, give them the writing if you know any good in them, again the translation is wrong and should be those whom your oaths posses, we should also share our wealth with the and give them of the wealth of Allah which He has given you how come after all that the ignorant enemy of Islam lie and say the Quran is telling us to rape Malakat Aymanukum?

The next example is about the prophet wives, and Allah is telling them that they have no blame if they are not wearing the hijab in front of a few groups of people, i.e. all these groups of people are treated equally by the prophet wives:

There is no blame on them in respect of their fathers, nor their children, nor their brothers' sons, nor their sisters' sons nor their own women, nor of what their right hands possess; and be careful of (your duty to) Allah; surely Allah is a witness of all things.

[The Quran ; 33:55]

لَّا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِنَّ فِي آبَائِهِنَّ وَلَا أَبْنَائِهِنَّ وَلَا إِخْوَانِهِنَّ وَلَا أَبْنَاء إِخْوَانِهِنَّ وَلَا أَبْنَاء أَخَوَاتِهِنَّ وَلَا نِسَائِهِنَّ وَلَا مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُنَّ وَاتَّقِينَ اللَّهَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدًا (55)

-> See There is no blame on them in respect of their fathers, nor their children, nor their brothers' sons, nor their sisters' sons nor their own women, nor of what their right hands possess, i.e. Malakat Aymanukum should be treated equally as treating their fathers, their children, their brothers' sons, their sisters' sons, and their own women. We also know that the prophet wives can marry anyone else after the prophet, but yet they possess Malakat Aymanukum, i.e, they took an oath to care for a few poor humans and will treat them as members of their close family hence the un necessity of wearing the hijab in front of them, very clear indeed. The prophet wives can't have sex with them for sure.

The following 2 lots of verses are talking about the same subject, the subject is the descriptions of the true believers in Allah, one of the descriptions mentioned is what legal sex those true believers are allowed to have, let's have a loot at the first lot:

1- Successful indeed are the believers,

2- Who are humble in their prayers,

3- Who avoid vain talk;

4- And who are givers of poor-rate,

5- And who guard their private parts,

6- Except before their mates or those whom their right hands possess, for they surely are not blameable,

7- But whoever seeks to go beyond that, these are they that exceed the limits;

8- And those who are keepers of their trusts and their covenant,

9- And those who keep a guard on their prayers;

10- These are they who are the heirs,

11- Who shall inherit the Paradise; they shall abide therein.

[The Quran ; 23:1-11]

قَدْ أَفْلَحَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ (1)
الَّذِينَ هُمْ فِي صَلَاتِهِمْ خَاشِعُونَ (2)
وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ عَنِ اللَّغْوِ مُعْرِضُونَ (3)
وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِلزَّكَاةِ فَاعِلُونَ (4)
وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ (5)

وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِأَمَانَاتِهِمْ وَعَهْدِهِمْ رَاعُونَ (8)
وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ عَلَى صَلَوَاتِهِمْ يُحَافِظُونَ (9)
أُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْوَارِثُونَ (10)
الَّذِينَ يَرِثُونَ الْفِرْدَوْسَ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ (11)

-> Verse 1, is telling us that certain type of believers will be the successful ones: Successful indeed are the believers,, let's see what type of believers they are:

-> Verse 2, They don't just pray rather: 'Who are HUMBLE in their prayers,', I know a lot of believers who are not humble in their prayers, as well many times I'm not humble in the prayers myself, I try hard to teach myself how to humble during my prayers, I pray 5 times a day for years btw and I'm following the history known about the prophet because the Salat is mentioned in the Quran zillions of times and 16:64 is telling me that the prophet should explain it to me.

-> Verse 3, those true believers don't talk crap:'Who avoid vain talk;', I admit I'm guilty myself of talking vain however I never do it to decent humans, I'm sure Allah will consider the mental pain I go through seeing many boys and girls on FFI trying hard to defame His religion (which I chose to follow) with clear cut ignorance, lies, fabrications and manipulations, this what made me talk vain to those, if they refrain themselves from doing that while still asking questions regarding my religion, they will find me one of the easiest going Muslims they will ever meet in their lives, I will say what Arafat said before, I'm not asking for the moon, I'm asking respect and consideration that there are true followers to this religion, indeed I conceded that many Muslims are flawed which is logically a must according to the Quran, but to be grouped with those confused Muslims is what I will never accept and I'm sure many true Muslims will be likewise.

-> Verse 4, those true believers don't dodge the Zakat (the Islamic Tax on believers), I agree that many Muslims don't even think about it, I think it is due to, there is no solid Zakat system in any Islamic country ' And who are givers of poor-rate,", Zakat was translated as poor rate which I disagree with because that money will be used for the benefit of the whole society like improving roads, building hospitals etc etc, the money paid to the poor and needy is called 'Sadaqa' and is voluntarily (not compusorly but there is a massive rewards for it as the Quran tells us)

-> Verse 5, this is the verse that I think hector imagins that it allows raping Ma Malakat Aymanukum, let's see: ' وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ', i.e. 'And who guard their private parts', firstly from all the previous descriptions there is no way we are talking about rapists in here, this is the most bizarre claim I have ever read from the enemy of Islam, it really makes me laugh, haha, if we ignore all these noble descriptions of the true believers, we still have the word ' حَافِظُونَ', 'Hafizoon', in this verse that is enough to refute that lie, because the word means that we are dealing with DECENT HUMANS who will never rape any one, i.e. having sex with anyone under force and against there freewill, let's see what will come next:

-> Verse 6, here is the legal sex allowed for those true believers (MALES AND FEMALES), 'Except before their mates or those whom their right hands possess, for they surely are not blameable,' , why the hell the enemy of Islam suggest rape in here?, how dirty and ugly their low thoughts always tend to imply?, the verse is talking about legal sex with properly married wife or a non married de facto Ma Malakat Aymanukum whom was in the care of another human and there was legal sexual relation between the two, THE ENEMY OF ISLAM ARE BLIND NOT TO SEE THAT ALL THESE VERSES ARE TALKING ABOUT MALE AND FEMALE BELIEVERS, NOT JUST MALES AS THEY BLOODY IMAGINE

-> In Arabic when we talk about a group of males and females together as one entity WE MUST USE THE MASCULINE, clearly we have seen in 33:55 that the women can have Ma Malakat Aymanukum as the Males can.

-> Can you also see that the verse is saying: THIS OR THAT, NOT THIS AND THAT, ' أَزْوَاجِهِمْ أوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ', 'Azwagihim AW Ma Malakat Aymanuhim', remember in 4:3 when the believers were requested to marry one OR the other, NOT the two, so the verse is giving us both separate cases not two in one case.

-> The verse also never talked about consent, strangly enough it means for for the enemy of Islam that don't take their consent rather force them into sex i.e. rape them, haha, I ask them why is that exactly? Let's be fair, if the consent is not mentioned then it is 50:50 at least between the following and only possibilities:

1) Consent is taken : 50%
2) Consent is not taken and they were forced into sex : 50%

Now I ask the confused enemy of Islam, why the hell you took possibility 2 as 100% chance?, simply you can't in real life but in your Barbie world of imagination you can, that can't be admissible for sure, we need a word like 'Karihoon' or 'Saghiroon' to confirm that the sex was forced. Other than that the enemy of Islam can keep banging their heads on the walls

-> Verse 7, now if those believers have sex outside what is legally allowed in the pervious verse they will be PERPETRATORS:'But whoever seeks to go beyond that, these are they that exceed the limits;'

-> Verse 8, I don't think a rapist keeps his/her trust and convent: 'And those who are keepers of their trusts and their covenant,'

-> Verse 9, under the enemy of Islam delusion, those rapists pray to Allah all the time :'And those who keep a guard on their prayers;' , remember verse 2, they don't just guard their prayers but they also do it humbly, a stage I yet to reach and I never think of raping any woman imagine those who are humble then, I just can't believe the rubbish of allegations and lies I have to deal with on FFI about my religion, it makes me angry at some points indeed

-> Verse 10, under the enemy of Islam delusions, those rapists should be rewarded by Allah :'These are they who are the heirs, ' and what they will be rewarded with:

-> Verse 11, the rapists will be rewarded with paradise, where they will abide forever 'Who shall inherit the Paradise; they shall abide therein.', what load or rubbish and non sense the enemy of Islam are promoting exactly?

Well, the final lot of verse is like a clone of the above, descriptions to the true believers whom the enemy of islam lie and say the verses are the descriptions of rapists, let's have a look again:

22- Except those who pray,

23- Those who are constant at their prayer

24- And those in whose wealth there is a fixed portion.

25- For him who begs and for him who is denied (good)

26- And those who accept the truth of the judgment day

27- And those who are fearful of the chastisement of their Lord--

28- Surely the chastisement of their Lord is (a thing) not to be felt secure of--

29- And those who guard their private parts,

31- Except in the case of their wives or those whom their right hands possess-- for these surely are not to be blamed,

32- But he who seeks to go beyond this, these it is that go beyond the limits--

32- And those who are faithful to their trusts and their covenant

33- And those who are upright in their testimonies,

34- And those who keep a guard on their prayer,

35- Those shall be in gardens, honoured.

[The Quran ; 70:22-35]

إِلَّا الْمُصَلِّينَ (22)
الَّذِينَ هُمْ عَلَى صَلَاتِهِمْ دَائِمُونَ (23)
وَالَّذِينَ فِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّ مَّعْلُومٌ (24)
لِّلسَّائِلِ وَالْمَحْرُومِ (25)
وَالَّذِينَ يُصَدِّقُونَ بِيَوْمِ الدِّينِ (26)

وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ عَلَى صَلَاتِهِمْ يُحَافِظُونَ (34)
أُوْلَئِكَ فِي جَنَّاتٍ مُّكْرَمُونَ (35)

-> Verse 22, They pray:'Except those who pray,', 'anyone who truly prays to Allah can't rape another human'

-> Verse 23, they constantly pray :Those who are constant at their prayer ', 'anyone who constantly prays to Allah can't rape another human'

-> Verse 24- they pay the Zakat'And those in whose wealth there is a fixed portion.', 'anyone who pays Zakat can't rape another human'

-> Verse 25, they care for the beggars and for those who never have any good things:'For him who begs and for him who is denied (good) ', 'anyone who cares for beggars and those who never have good things can't rape another human'

-> Verse 26, they accept the JD :'And those who accept the truth of the judgment day ', 'anyone who accepts the JD can't rape another human'

-> Verse 27, they fear the punishment of Allah :'And those who are fearful of the chastisement of their Lord' 'anyone who fears the chastisement of Allah can't rape another human'

-> Verse 28, No one can guarantee the safety of Allah punishments:'Surely the chastisement of their Lord is (a thing) not to be felt secure of'

-> Verse 29, what I said regarding 23:5 applies exactly to this verse 'And those who guard their private parts, '

-> Verse 31, what I said regarding 23:6 applies exactly to this verse: 'Except in the case of their wives or those whom their right hands possess-- for these surely are not to be blamed, '

-> Verse 32, what I said regarding 23:7 applies exactly to this verse: 'But he who seeks to go beyond this, these it is that go beyond the limits'

-> Verse 32- what I said regarding 23:8 applies exactly to this verse: 'And those who are faithful to their trusts and their covenant '

-> Verse 33- another description to those true believers 'And those who are upright in their testimonies, ' how come those who are upright in their testimonies can rape others?

-> Verse 34, same as many verses discussed earlier:'And those who keep a guard on their prayer, ', 'anyone who keep a guard on their prayer can't rape another human'

-> Verse 35- the rapists as the ignorant enemy of Islam think of them should be rewarded with the garden :'Those shall be in gardens, honoured.', see how they have been caught in a big lie and a clear cut case of manipulation?


I guess the whole comment needs to be summarized in points to make it easy for all to understand, which I will do tomorrow due to time limits as I have a lot of work to do and it is midnight already however I believe that I turned their silly and non sensible argument to shreds and even exposed some ignorance committed by many Muslims who were raised to believe that Malakat Aymanukum are either slaves or POW or servants, but the reality is as the Quran told us, Malakat Aymanukum are poor humans (males or females) who are tested by Allah through a very tough test which is being poor and can't provide to the self neither their poor family can provide for them but another capable human can care for them under an oath and must treat them good and even try to share all the wealth they have with them , they can sleep with them if both of them want to get into a sexual relationship and there will be no wrong in that De Facto relationship, and if they want to properly marry on papers then those de factos should be number one on the list to marry if they desired to be married by those who are taking care of them under oath

I actually left no room to refute by both the enemy of Islam and the sunni Muslims who believe as the enemy if Islam believe regarding Malakat Aymanukum, though I would like to see what they have to say but only if they reply to all the Quran verses I posted and destroy all my arguments one after the other

There is no such thing called right hand possession, this is 100% wrong and I proved it using the Quran, Malakat Aymanukum means 'those whom your oaths possess', i.e. poor humans who are in desperate need to be cared for by other humans under oath, the motive is not sex however sexual relation can be initiated between the two as long as both want it, they can also turn their de facto relation into legal marriage after the consent of the parents of Malakat Aymanukum is given and they have to pay a fair dowry to them as well.

Therefore your questions is flawed because it was based on the wrong meaning to Malakat Aymanukum

Some still trying hard to prove me wrong, which is fine with me but I only accept Quran evidences anything else will never be admissible in my books.

Some still think that 4:24 is talking about raping or sort of indecency, how the hell this can be possible?, I don't really know, well 4:24 is talking about a legal sexual relationship that can be either marriage on papers or de facto relation ship which is approved by the west in fact it is about marriage as I will prove to you, let's pick up the verses starting from 4:22,

22: And marry not woman whom your fathers married, except what has already passed; this surely is indecent and hateful, and it is an evil way.

23: Forbidden to you are your mothers and your daughters and your sisters and your paternal aunts and your maternal aunts and brothers' daughters and sisters' daughters and your mothers that have suckled you and your foster-sisters and mothers of your wives and your step-daughters who are in your guardianship, (born) of your wives to whom you have gone in, but if you have not gone in to them, there is no blame on you (in marrying them), and the wives of your sons who are of your own loins and that you should have two sisters together, except what has already passed; surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

24: And all married women except those whom your right hands possess (this is) Allah's ordinance to you, and lawful for you are (all women) besides those, provided that you seek (them) with your property, taking (them) in marriage not committing fornication. Then as to those whom you profit by, give them their dowries as appointed; and there is no blame on you about what you mutually agree after what is appointed; surely Allah is Knowing, Wise.

25: And whoever among you has not within his power ampleness of means to marry free believing women, then (he may marry) of those whom your right hands possess from among your believing maidens; and Allah knows best your faith: you are (sprung) the one from the other; so marry them with the permission of their masters, and give them their dowries justly, they being chaste, not fornicating, nor receiving paramours; and when they are taken in marriage, then if they are guilty of indecency, they shall suffer half the punishment which is (inflicted) upon free women. This is for him among you who fears falling into evil; and that you abstain is better for you, and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

[The Quran ; 4:22-25]

وَمَن لَّمْ يَسْتَطِعْ مِنكُمْ طَوْلاً أَن يَنكِحَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ فَمِن مِّا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُم مِّن فَتَيَاتِكُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ وَاللّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِإِيمَانِكُمْ بَعْضُكُم مِّن بَعْضٍ فَانكِحُوهُنَّ بِإِذْنِ أَهْلِهِنَّ وَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ مُحْصَنَاتٍ غَيْرَ مُسَافِحَاتٍ وَلاَ مُتَّخِذَاتِ أَخْدَانٍ فَإِذَا أُحْصِنَّ فَإِنْ أَتَيْنَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ فَعَلَيْهِنَّ نِصْفُ مَا عَلَى الْمُحْصَنَاتِ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ ذَلِكَ لِمَنْ خَشِيَ الْعَنَتَ مِنْكُمْ وَأَن تَصْبِرُواْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ وَاللّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ (25)


-> Verse 22, see, it is clearly talking about marriage, can you see the word Tankaho, تَنكِحُواْ?, well it means as follow: 22: And marry not woman whom your fathers married, except what has already passed; this surely is indecent and hateful, and it is an evil way. , i.e. we are talking about the women that WE CAN'T MARRY, the next verse is adding to the list of women that we can't marry:

-> Verse 23, we should not also marry : Forbidden to you are your mothers and your daughters and your sisters and your paternal aunts and your maternal aunts and brothers' daughters and sisters' daughters and your mothers that have suckled you and your foster-sisters and mothers of your wives and your step-daughters who are in your guardianship, (born) of your wives to whom you have gone in, but if you have not gone in to them, there is no blame on you (in marrying them), and the wives of your sons who are of your own loins and that you should have two sisters together, except what has already passed; surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

-> Verse 24, is the rest of the list of women that we should not marry : وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنَ النِّسَاء إِلاَّ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ, i.e. And all married women except those whom your right hands possess, the translation is wrong of course, it should mean as follow : And all married women except those whom your OATHS possess, this makes great sense indeed because this exception of marrying an already married Malakat Aymanikum does not really violate the Sharia of Allah because being in the status of Malakat Aymanikum means that no one from her family is caring for her even the husband, indeed in Islam if the husband does not care for his wife she can seek divorce and marry another with ease, in the case of Malakat Aymanikum obviously an oath was taken in the past because no one cared for that woman even a husband therefore she is free to marry another, again the verse is talking about proper marriage NOT BLOODY RAPING, the rest of the verse is clearly stating the agreement those men should have with the Malakat Aymanikim women whom they marry or just have a de facto relation with them because as we read that Malakat Aymanikum are lawful to marry even if they are already married : and lawful for you are (all women) besides those , and here is what the men should do : provided that you seek (them) with your property, taking (them) in marriage not committing fornication. Then as to those whom you profit by, give them their dowries as appointed; and there is no blame on you about what you mutually agree after what is appointed; surely Allah is Knowing, Wise., clearly a proper and lawful relationship that protects Malakat Aymanikum and raise her to a properly married wife on papers

- Verse 25, as we have seen above that the verses are talking about the lawful women for marriage including those already married Malakat Aymanikum whom are in the care of men under oath, verse 25 is telling us that those men who are not very rich and can't afford to marry from the list of allowed and self sustained women , then they should seek marriage from Malakat Aymanikum if they have any, Allah is even very specific to chose YOUNG WOMEN, please be aware that the word Fatah means Young Woman, it does not means slave or servant, it applies to any woman for example we can have a slave who is a young woman i.e. she is a Fatah, we can have Malakat Aymanikum who is a young woman i.e. she is a Fatah, we can also have a self sustained young woman who is also a Fatah, i.e. Fatah means Young Woman, i.e. verse 25 is telling those not rich men who want to marry and can't afford marrying a the self sustained women to marry from فَتَيَاتِكُمُ, i.e. from THE YOUNG WOMEN of MALAKAT AYMANIKUM in there care if they have any, the condition are also that those young Malakat Aymanikum women must be believers and the consent of their families MUST be taken before marriage as well they must pay the dowry :And whoever among you has not within his power ampleness of means to marry free believing women, then (he may marry) of those whom your OATH possess from among your believing YOUNG WOMEN; and Allah knows best your faith: you are (sprung) the one from the other; so marry them with the permission of their FAMILIES, and give them their dowries justly, they being chaste, not fornicating, nor receiving paramours; now, if those (has been) Malakat Aymanikum committed indecency after marriage then they should have 50% of the punishment of a self sustained woman as I explained in my previous comments, and when they are taken in marriage, then if they are guilty of indecency, they shall suffer half the punishment which is (inflicted) upon free women. This is for him among you who fears falling into evil; and that you abstain is better for you, and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful., this is a case of understanding to their mental status due to the hardship inflicted upon them by Allah hence being Malakat Aymanikum
