What's your opinion Ahmed on using 'sala lahu alaihi wa salam' when speaking about our prophet outside of prayer?

٣٣:٥٦ ان الله وملائكته يصلون علي النبي يأيها الذين امنوا صلوا عليه وسلموا تسليما

As far as I can see this ayah orders us to say it. Obviously this should not be included in our prayers to Allah so what's your opinion on this?
